Recruitment firm, NES has been celebrating after being placed 181st in the Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 250 league table, up 41 places from 2006.
The league table, Britain’s largest for mid-market private companies, ranks organisations according to turnover and was published as a supplement in the business section of the Sunday Times (14.10.07) after a celebratory director’s dinner that was held in London on 11th October.
Says Neil Tregarthen, chief executive at the specialist technical, engineering, rail and IT recruitment firm: “Our work to address the engineering skills shortage through our Foreign National Candidate Pipeline, sourcing skilled and experienced engineering professionals from across the globe, has made a significant contribution towards our success over the past year.
“As a result of this initiative, we have been able to develop a two-way flow of candidates both into and out of the UK, increasing our presence across every major continent and enhancing our ability to meet growing demand from clients,” Neil concludes.
