Test Project Manager - NHS - Leeds

Prestigious NHS client seeks Test Project Manager to develop and implement an end to end test strategy and plans, for Healthcare Resource Group development, build and implementation.

Duties will include:
- Provision of project management & co-ordination consultancy to include management and execution of projects as defined by the deputy programme manager;
- Work closely with the Casemix Service project managers, analysts and consultants, as well as external suppliers, to develop and implement a comprehensive end to end test process;
- Deliver a testing strategy for complex software;
- Create and implement test plans for complex software, with some degree of automated testing.

The successful experience has a sound knowledge of the IS development lifecycle and ISEB certification in testing or equivalent experience, experience of OGC in the NHS, PRINCE2, QC principles, applications running on healthcare platforms, substantial software implementation and testing within a large organisation, experience in management of 3rd party software developers and managing complex relationships.

Knowledge of SQL (SQL Server), relational databases and understanding of QA principles would be advantageous.
