Comprehensive & proven exp.of successful project implementation in a customer focussed environment within a telecommunications, IT or service related industry. Exp. in devising & delivering Customer Project Plans. Ability to demonstrate exp. of strategy & planning dev. as well as operational implementation. Preferable knowledge of MS Project & Prince 2. Ability to understanding customer needs & work with a range of internal & external sources to gain customer insight. Strong analytical & investigative skills. Exp. in building & managing relationships across the organisation, enabling the business to successfully implement medium to large size projects. Ability to understand & prioritise issues from the customer\'s perspective & champion the customer\'s viewpoint within the company, whilst gaining support & commitment. Exp. of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design implementation, testing, & at each stage in between.
