Shift Maintenance Engineers

Our client is a large Food manufacturer with a large production facility based in the South West. Due to a successful capital project they require a number of Shift Maintenance Engineers.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you work in a highly automated PLC controlled enviroment. You will have responsibility for the upkeep and maintennace of filling and packaging lines. Dealing with machinery maintenance both planned & reactive, health & safety, quality, hygiene.

Qualified to minimum ONC level you will be either Electrically or mechanically biased. Our candidates will be expected to provide an efficient facility for the inspection, maintenance and repair of the company's plant and equipment and to ensure that required levels of service and maintenance are to there high standard. The successful candidate will be a time served engineer, highly qualified and have a number of years of hands-on experience in an engineering function for a Beverage, Food or FMCG manufacturer. You will have the ability to be able to successfully work in a proactive, not merely reactive, style. With a variety of shifts available there is negotiation on the salary.
