My client are one of the UK's largest independant medium sized consultancies specialising in the provision and design of traffic and transport schemes.

They are seeking to recruit a Senior Transport Planner / Traffic Engineer for their Cardiff office. The purpose of this role is to effectively deliver project work in the South West and Wales.

Applicants should have experience in development work in the private sector, carrying out:

Transport Assessments
Travel Plans
Masterplanning
Junction Designs

Excellent communication skills, time management and proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access as well as a working knowledge of relevant modeling software (ARCADY, LINSIG, OSCADY, TRANSYT and PICADY) are essential.
