Due to a new office location being added to my clients growing locations list covering 4 continents, senior quantity surveyors are required for an extremely busy office based in Central London.

With exciting projects in the retail and leisure sector, the practice is looking at growing from a current head count of 10 to over 25 in the next 12 months.

Therefore senior status candidates with post RICS qualification experience are required to develop new and deliver to existing clients within London Market.

Reporting in to one of 3 partners, you will be comfortable with both pre and post contract duties, in a client facing environment. There will also be opportunities to develop your own career and push towards associate level due to the growth of the office.

Working within a PQS oractice is desirable but not essential so candidates from a background of main contractors are certainly welcomed to apply.
