My client is looking to recruit a senior building surveyor for their London operation based in the hert of the Capital.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering building projects and to provide a client led professional service.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years post charetered experience within a building surveying role and must be RICS qualified.

They will be a team player who can liase with other surveyors to monitor costs and provide financial control resulting in a cost effective service.

With work in the commercial, residential and PFI markets, there is plenty oif scope to develop your skills wihin an alternative environment.
