Responsibilities
You will preferably be a qualified Cost Engineer and have experience working in the process contracting industry.
You will have a flexible approach to work, be well motivated and possess the ability to work in a team.
You will be required to produce accurate, high quality work to meet project deadlines, and will be responsible for the following activities:
Provide a complete Cost Engineering service to both project and corporate management for all Proposal, Project and Office Operations preparing monthly reports as required for internal use, other offices and for clients.
Prepare weekly reports on manhour expenditure against projects, proposals and overheads.
Carry out cost forecasting and reporting highlighting potential problem areas and contributing to solutions.
Keep abreast of developments in the assigned field and suggest ways to improve efficiency and service and reduce costs.
Contribute to project proposal activities by assisting with cost estimates in conjunction with Projects and Estimating
