Our client is a leading global developer of advance diagnostic devices within the biotechnology and medical device industry.
At present they are currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join their UK site on a contract basis.

The individual will ideally be degree qualified and have previous experience of regulatory affairs within the medical device or biotechnology industry. Candidates will be involved in implementing an SAP regulatory control mechanism to ensure compliant shipments for distributed products from the site. The individual will compile a database of all products and will liaise with other sites to ascertain where products are currently registered. The candidate will review documentation and ensure that the necessary approvals are stored on file in accordance with company protocol. The individual will liaise with the appropriate regulatory authorities (FDA/MHRA) and will be involved developing and addressing action plans and reviewing findings with input from colleagues within the marketing department.

Candidates must have good communication skills and have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
