As one of the premier UK construction brands they offer an extensive range of property services construction, property development, PFI, facilities management, design and plant hire. This range, and their capabilities in integrating the different services, is one of the secrets of their success.

They are currently running projects in the midlands with a combined contract value in excess of 100 Million and their portfolio includes schools, hospitals, offices, city centre apartments and retail developments. Their projects are a mixture of Design & Build and Traditional contracts and they also have success in PFI and long term partnering agreements. Their offices currently occupy a refurbished, Grade II listed building near Birmingham in Warwickshire.

As part of their long term strategy they are looking for an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to work on a prestigious, 35 Million, Design & Build project in Newcastle-under-Lyme. As Quantity Surveyor you will be working as part of a team and reporting to a Senior Project QS for the site.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most highly respected, large building contractors in the UK. Successful applicants should be qualified to BSc degree standard in Surveying and have experience of working for a main contractor on projects in excess of 5 Million.
