NHS Choices Project Manager - PMO - 6 months.

Our National Strategic health sector client based in Leeds is looking for a Project Manager to lead on a key project within the Central project Office: NHS Choices Data Directories Service.

2 projects you will be working on are:

1. The NHS Choices Data Directories Service: project management of NHS Direct integration; development work on a new mental health directory for the NHS; development work for acceptance of a new carers directory for the NHS; possible project to take over all data directories on the NHS Choices website, project planning and preparation of an IT software refurbishment within the team.

2. The Monthly HES project. To pick up outstanding actions and work to close this project within the next 2 months. Handover will occur from the existing project manager.

The interim will be an experienced project manager with an in depth understanding of the health and social care system with the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the requirements for the Project, baseline the various activities and work streams currently in progress and Project Manage these to deliver successfully, on time and to budget.
