My client is one of the most respected Building Services Contractors in the UK, backed by a Global organisation they benefit from an enviable client list providing a variety of work.
Due to the recent success in winning contracts my client are expanding their Leeds operations and have a requirement for a Project Manager to work on projects in the Yorkshire region.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager the successful applicant will manage all technical and commercial aspects of the mechanical and electrical installation.

Amongst the many duties required, the successful applicant must:

� Review the Estimate / Tender for the project, in conjunction with the project team, to fully determine and understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works as defined and awarded by the Client.
� Assess and organise the resources necessary to execute the project in a safe, efficient and profitable manner.

Communicate to the team all necessary information including contract conditions, specifications, drawings, work instructions and company policies and procedures for the execution of the project.

� Ensure the safe and efficient execution of installation, testing and commissioning works in accordance with agreed installation methodology to the client�s quality and programme requirements and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

� Supervision and motivation of subordinates, including training and development, in the execution of the project and maintaining good industrial relations throughout.

Candidates must have completed a relevant trade qualification but ideally should be educated to HNC/Degree level and have completed or working towards an HNC in Contract Management. They should also have a minimum of 5 years previous contracting experience as a project engineer.
