Co-ordination and prioritisation of the activities of the Asset management and site surveying teams � including highlighting resource conflicts and issues
On time delivery of asset management related projects to our clients customers, including
Legislation compliance studies
Hazardous environment studies
Asset Management strategies
Knowledge, asset register and tagging projects
Evaluation and monitoring of project costs and variations to contract from both the clients point of view and to restrict scope creep by contractors and third parties.
Provide technical Support within the project design elements in relation to your engineering discipline.
Calculations as required,
Site visits and liaison with third parties as required.
Checking and approval of work allocated to others,
Provide guidance on opportunities and strategies for the client.
Technician duties as workload requires.
Develop expertise in
Hazardous Environment and Legislation compliance
Asset Management software (CMMS, RCM, Optimisation etc.)
Asset management theory and maintenance strategies
Project, financial management and people skills
Internal processes and management tools.
