Develop the project execution plan
Responsible for Project Management & delivery of this major EPC scope
Delivery of project objectives to meet company & customer expectations
Provide leadership to Project Team


Supervisory and Managerial Duties:
Responsible for the execution of the replacement of a DCS &ESD system on one asset from detail design to construction, commissioning and handover
Report to the Contract Manager and the Client



Main Duties:
Provide HSE Leadership at the highest level
Provide visible leadership and clear direction of project objectives & targets
Custodian of the project management execution plan for the project
Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are developed & understood by project
Shall maintain an overview of project KPI's, including cost, schedule performance and output quality, communicating any deviance identified in the integrity of the team's objectives.
Responsible to provide regular forecast of projects manning levels across contact.
Responsible of Change control
As requested by the Contract Manager assist with performance appraisals and salary reviews for Project Engineers and Engineering personnel staff assign to the contract.
Development of relationships with internal and external customers and organisations to the mutual benefit of the project.
Ensure adequate/appropriate delegation of authority in the project team.
Assurance that safety, environmental and technical standards are met and satisfied, both in a verifiable and ethically appropriate manner


Health and Safety Responsibilities:
Shall take into account all aspects of the "Health and Safety at Work etc. Act (1974)",
Knowledge of, compliance with and promotion of office, site and contract/project health and safety guidelines and procedures.
Actively promote and comply with the Safety Management System
Take into account all relevant procedures, guidance etc. relating to the work, which will ensure compliance with Safety Management System
Shall ensure all personnel working under their direction are aware of the requirements placed upon them by "Health and Safety at Work etc. Act (1974)" and the WGE Safety Management System


Education & Qualifications:Relevant Engineering Degree and C.Eng. preferred or equivalent relevant experience



Project Management qualification advantageous
