Project Manager, Site Agent & General Foreman required all on a permanent basis for work within the North West, North East and Midlands.

Project Manager:

Role Description

As a Project Manager you will be at the forefront of the Project team delivering multi- million Civil Engineering projects in the Rail Sector. You will be responsible for running a successful team delivering complex Civils schemes on time and to budget. The role will entail:
-Client relationship Management
-Management of your team
-Technical Management as a Construction CRE
The type of projects you will be overseeing:
-Platform Extensions
-Station Refurbishment
-Bridge Works

Required Experience:
-Atleast 5 years experience as a Project Manager on Rail Civil schemes
-A background working for Main Contractors Delivering a variety of Projects
-Chartered Civil Engineer
-Recent sign off as a CRE for Construction


Site Agent and General Foreman:

Role Description:
An experienced Site Agent and General Foreman are required to deliver various Heavy civil and rail infrastructure projects, including bridge reconstruction, sidings works, platform extensions and railway building works. As an experienced Site Agent / General Foreman, you will be expected to manage the workforce and sub-contractors on rail sites and be able to produce and manage all site paperwork.

Required Experience:
Rail experience is required in a senior level as you will be expected to hit the ground running. This includes be able to write work package plans and run an effect site through to completion. Ideally a Civil qualification would be needed to support your experience, be it HND, HNC or Degree qualified.

Also previous work on stations would be an added advantage as this contract is working on a major civil engineering project in the North.
