Project Engineering Manager - Pharmaceutical - Permanent - South West.

Our client is a global secondary pharmaceutical manufacturer and due to an increase in capital expenditure and workload they are looking to introduce a Project Engineering Manager to their South West based facility on a permanent basis. You will be a degree qualified chemical or Mechanical engineer and have a sound Knowledge within the Pharmaceutical industry along with the experience of working within a GMP regulated environment.

You will be responsible for the Project Engineering team and you will be asked to develop new working methods to maximize the effectiveness of the team, increasing efficiency. You will co-ordinate and balance the project teams workload giving technical support to the project engineers.

You will be responsible for all Capital budgets on site both with new build projects along with improvements on process equipment, building services and facilities. You will need to have good communication and personal skills, as you will be dealing with all line Managers internally along with external contacts.
