Role will involve leading a team of Project Controls professionals; providing planning, scheduling, and cost engineering.
Cost Control
Must demonstrate proficiency in executing cost control / reporting skills on a major capital development with emphasis on the determination of emerging trends / forecasts in the projects performance and able to execute all relevant duties as a strong team player and good communicator.
Will prepare monthly value of work done input Planning and Scheduling
Ensure the preparation and development of appropriate detail and summary plans/schedules; integrate contractor and company-generated plans/schedules into the Master Control Schedule.
Implement, and monitor schedules within each project stage and for entire project until completion/close-out.
Project Management of Change
Provide schedule input to and implement schedule element of the project management of change procedure.
Interface with the Change Coordinators on each team.
Providing cost estimates for changes Risk Management
Provide schedule input to and implement the schedule element of risk management plan.
Coordinate the development of risk mitigation plans.
Link schedule element of risk process to change process and estimate.
Provide cost input to and implement the cost element of risk management plan reporting
