Planner is required by a main contractor based in Solihull and operating across the West Midlands region. They undertake both Traditional and Design & Build projects with values of between 3 Million and 20 Million including both refurbishment and new build. Much of their workload is for local authorities including education and healthcare project; and they also undertake commercial and industrial projects for private clients and developers.

As Planner you will report to the Regional Planner for the business and be involved with projects from conception to completion. The Planner is involved at various stages throughout the construction process from tender, pre-construction and design stages through to project delivery and successful handover.

The Planner will be involved with a number of projects valued in excess of 10 Million in the West Midlands area and be required to work closely with the Project Management and Pre-Construction teams for the business.

As Planner for a main contractor you will have a proven background of working for a leading Design & Build contractor who undertake projects valued in excess of 10 Million.
