Working on a major Angolan FPSO project. To assist SURF Lead Engineer in managing the engineering, procurement, construction, installation, hookup, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and hand-over of the Oil Loading Terminal (OLT) comprising of buoy body (hull) and mooring, turntable, and other related equipment in conformity with the Project specifications and HSE rules, and within the agreed budget, schedule and Statement of Requirements.
