My client is looking for an experienced Integration Lead to head the Transition Project, report directly to the Programme SRO/Programme Director and be supported by a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and an Implementation Analyst.

The main aspects of this role will include ensuring that clear Acceptance Criteria are documented and agreed for each organisation and programme product, developing and implementing an Integrated Acceptance Criteria Capability ensuring interfaces are identified and managed with related organisations, projects and programme product deliverables, developing and implementing a Release Management Capability, developing and implementing a robust Sign Off and Decision Procedure, ensuring that key target dates are met and that a given release is successfully delivered and delivering effective management of multiple Supplier Releases, from inception, through development and testing to deployment.

Essential criteria for this role includes demonstrable experience in successfully applying a Release Management and Cutover Methodology to a multi faceted ICT change programme, significant expertise in ICT development and delivery at programme or project level, experience of process improvement methodologies � CMMI etc, successful delivery of an Integrated Release Management Model in a complex programme, experience in the delivery of an Integrated Acceptance Criteria Capability, experience in implementing efficient and robust Sign Off and Decision Procedures and extensive programme and project management experience in the public and/or private sectors.

Previous experience of working in a Central Government department would be a huge advantage for this role.
