My client is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst with good Public Sector experience to undertake Financial Analysis to assist with the formation of business justifications and/or case documents.

The main aspects of this role will include identifying with relevant stakeholders, by appropriate methodology, the relevant evaluation factors ( e.g. pros,cons,risks,issues,quality etc) of each strategic options, ensuring that benefits are quantified to be able to provide full cost/benefit analysis, quality assurance of all business and financial models, providing mitigation and resolution actions required to address business justification risks and issues, planning/owning analysis work to deliver in accordance with overall Change Programme and preparation of documentation to support OGC and other internal/external reviews.

Essential criteria for this role includes previous experience undertaking Financial analysis to support the development of Business cases and to define and resolve inconsistencies, business Case Management-can write a business case for a project/programme with a mix of quantifiable benefits. Can use sophisticated techniques such as discounted cash flow, can interpret complex Treasury guidelines, and stakeholder Relationship Management: Level 5(Develops and manages one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups.

All candidates must be eligable to undergo UK Security Clearance to CTC level.
