Candidates should have a Masters Degree / Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Candidates must be willing to be based in TURKMENISTAN.
Candidates should have a minimum 10 - 15 years of relevant experience.
Candidate should have had working experience in either Central Asia or Eastern Europe.
Candidates whom can converse in Russian will have an added advantage.
