This is a role for a major consultancy based in the UK, however the role will require significant time spent offshore in the nordic region.

Candidates will spend time offshore working with local facility teams to bring about fundamental cultural and technical changes through coaching.

Candidates may have worked for a consultancy or as an internal consultant and be comftorable working offshore, due to the nature of the role candidates with Nordic Language skills will be closely considered.

A background in a related engineering discipline is required as is the ability to build relationships, make detailed reports and present to internal and external clients.
