Due to the continued success of our client's Birmingham office, they are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to carry out professional work primarily but not exclusively for one of their leading national clients. The role will involve the completion of surveys, design specification and contract administration of a diverse property portfolio. This role would suit a highly motivated individual looking to further their career in a growing team as part of a multi disciplined global organisation. To be considered for this role you must have the following experience: Essential - Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a similar RICS accredited course - Chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) - A minimum of four years experience with a minimum of one year PQE - Professional services experience with particular emphasis on Contract Administration, Design Specifications and Building Condition Surveys - Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client - Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts and forging new business relationships - Team player, outgoing and flexible.
