To co-ordinate the planning and scheduling of all asset work activities in conjunction with Operations Co-ordinator and Operations Manager to ensure optimisation of resources and timely completion of maintenance, modification, project, drilling & wells programmes and shutdowns. To prepare and distribute forecasts and plans for all asset work activities.

Key Duties
Receive MMS activity list from Maintenance Planner, Onshore Operations Co-ordinator and also other work lists from other responsible persons for non MMS derived activities. Confirm quality of information and ensure resources are in Primavera and resource availability replicates rota.
Collect information for compilation of Asset year plan.
Receive information from discipline engineers and activity owners to populate the draft 90 plan.
Complete quality check on logic and dependencies/constraints on activities. Note areas of conflict (resource over allocations). Resource level activities (ready to go)
Lead 90d Gate Meeting, challenging any activities not fulfilling gate criteria. Compile meeting agenda and send out draft and approved 90 day plans
Lead 28d Gate Meeting, enforce gate criteria along with Onshore Operations Co-ordinator
Carry out resource levelling, schedule core crew activities with existing mobilisations on asset plan. Review plan POB with POB limits and identify areas of conflict
Available to contribute to offshore planning meetings if required
Receive progress information and update plan accordingly; assess impact of plan variance; Assist with necessary reports (KPI info \ efficiency data).
Work with designated shutdown co-ordinator to complile detailed shutdown plans

Responsibilities
Effectively manage the planning & scheduling process on direction from Operations Co-ordinator and Operations Manager.
Ensure Asset Year plan, 90 day & 28 day plans are agreed with site are technically correct and adequately resourced.

Experience & Qualifications
HND qualified in an engineering discipline, with significant experience within the oil & gas industry. Must have computerised skills, preferably in Primervera planning tool

Scope
Works with some supervision but must be self-directing.
