Job Title: Chartered Architect/ Design Manager
Location: York
Status: Permanent

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Chartered Architect with full RIBA membership with a background within a consultancy environment.

You will also have:
Detailed knowledge of architectural design and construction principles and standards
Proven experience in architectural design of both small and large scale industrial projects
A good understanding of safety standards and the safety implications of working practices
Experience of client relationship management and business development � Understanding of implications of different contracts/commercial conditions � Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
Team leadership and management experience
