Technical Planning and management during project and warranty
Development, tracking and integration of technical plans across all projects
Engagement with architecture
Participate in all Project meetings and ensure plan is kept on track.
Ensure technical infrastructure build work delivered on track and handed over to high standard
Ensure technical support is available when required by the Project
Provide testing support
Ensure Information Security processes carried out
Provide support for Application Desktop packaging where required
Escalation point for environment / infrastructure issues through development and warranty
Co-ordination across suppliers
Produce various Approach documents (e.g Environments, Proof of Technology concepts)
Co-ordination of implementation activities with Release manager as appropriate
Ensure CE change management procedures are followed and required changes raised.
Financial control
Delivery and review of Project technology estimates and technical high/detail designs as required by the project .
Co-ordinating Impact Analysis of Change Requests
Generate Requests for Work
Review / authorise Statements of Work
Authorise Finance to raise Purchase Orders
Management of software licensing per project
Management / Stakeholder Interface
Weekly Status Reporting
