(Oil/Gas Refineries, Petrochemical and Chemical plants in EPC Project Business)
- Interpret control procedures and practices for the disciplines and guide them to establish routine control operations.
- Follow the established Functional WBS/Control WBS
- Identify control packages taking work volume and work nature into account in accordance with WBS
- Analyze work requirements and prepare a control schedule which represents strategies and constraints for all Project phases.
- Prepare logic diagrams which form the basis for detailed level schedule control and progress status analysis.
- Prepare and maintain progress target and actual status for each work phase in accordance with the Project Control Plan.
- Develop the monitoring and analysis tools and formats for the progress status against schedules. Establish coordination procedures with disciplines for status monitoring based on the tools and formats.
- Establish the document progress measurement procedures and monitoring procedures for engineering performance. Develop the issue targets of documents and document level progress plans.
- Establish the material progress measurement procedures and monitoring procedures for material procurement and delivery status. Develop the purchase and delivery targets of equipment/bulk materials and progress plans.
- Evaluate the material status progress and coordinate with procurement and construction groups for problem solutions.

Requirement :
1. Minimum 15 years experience for EPC Projects for Refinery, Gas Processing Plant or Chemical Plants
2. Minimum 3 EPC Projects worth more than USD 500M
