Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by a speculative housing developer for projects in Cornwall and Devon. They are one of the largest house builders in the UK with offices strategically positioned across the UK and with a presence in several overseas markets.

The position is site based out of the South West regional office and will based on one of a number of developments consisting of new build, high quality residential projects. Their projects include new build housing and apartments including high quality city centre living accommodation.

Previous experience of working for a speculative house builder in the capacity of Senior Quantity Surveyor is essential and ideally applicants will be educated to degree standard in construction and/or surveying.
