Purpose: To take ownership of the following planning processes on behalf of the Logistics Resource Delivery Department and advise the Services Coordinator accordingly.
Contract Award Schedules.
Weekly and Monthly Reports.
Detailed analysis and constant monitoring of Contractor / Vessel Owner Schedules and Reports.
30 Day Look Ahead Schedules for all departmental Milestones.
180 Day Look Ahead Schedules for contractual deliverables / expiry dates.
Planning related content of Invitation to Tenders (ITT).

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for:

Deriving progress reports from Contractor supplied information
Strategic planning in consultation with contract stakeholders and customers
Maintain Peer Body (TeCom etc.) Partner Punchlists
Act as primary interface with internal Planning Groups eg: District , Geosciences etc.
Supervision and mentoring of the Project Controls Engineer and Planning Engineer

The job holder is accountable for:

Constructing and maintaining the Departmental work schedule
Monitoring contractor progress from reports and site visits
Delivering the Weekly Report to the Services Co-Ordinator
Delivering the Monthly Report to the Services Co-Ordinator
Constructing and maintaining Contract Award Schedules
Supplying the planning related content of ITTs
Supplying the Department with appropriate lookaheads
