Owing to planned expansion of both the company and the Estimating department our client has a vacancy for a Senior Estimator. Based in Worcestershire they are a privately owned main contractor with an annual turnover in excess of 40 Million. They undertake various Traditional and Design & Build projects with a heavy emphasis on education projects.

Around two thirds of their workload is procured in the public and private education sector in which they have many long established relations with their clients. Projects are generally new build, though they have experience of refurbishment projects as well, centre around the Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and West Midlands region.

As Senior Estimator you will be working in a team of 4 Estimators who report to an Estimating Manager for the company. Previous experience of Estimating for a main contractor who undertake projects of a similar size and nature, and though not essential, previous experience of using Conquest software would be beneficial.
