The Civil Engineering arm of the business is well renowned for leading the way on large infrastructure and major civil developments in the local area

Working in this design team you will have the ability to work on a variety of projects which not only includes inhouse design for large development schemes but also opportunity to get a well rounded skill set through secondment on their numerous project teams based in and around the North West in industry sectors such as Water / Waste / Water Resource Planning / Flood Defence / Nuclear.

Some recent example projects include civil investigation and drainage design on a multi-million development a for local property investor on a award winning building scheme in Manchester, a multi-million pound design scheme for a new waste and recycling centre and a 2 billion civil development scheme providing ongoing work over a thirty year contract length which has created opportunity for a new project secondment team.

Due to the ongoing influx of work they are requiring permanent Civil Technicians / Designers of all levels to join and expand their existing team,

The ideal requirement to apply is a HND / C in a relevant subject area, however the essential skills are experience using AutoCAD on civil engineering projects within a design consultancy with eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Good communication skills are also essential as you will need to be able to liaise with engineers / clients and other engineering teams.
