Our client is a major engineering contractor with projects globally in Oil/Gas/Energy/Metal & Mineral industries. A vacancy has arisen for a Safety Training Manager to be located on site in the Ukraine on a contract basis.

The role will involve working with the local workforce on plant improvement projects for a metals plant, building a strong safety culture within the working environment. You will need to have strong communication and motivational skills to help implement a strong culture.

The successful candidate must have a safety background, with skills in safety training. You must have a background in metals or minerals and you will need to have Russian or Ukrainian language skills to be able to be considered for this role, as it will involve liasing with local engineers.

The package is a 6 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation with a per diem included. Air travel, site accommodation, insurance, mobilisation/demobilisation and in country transportation are all included.
