You will be responsible for controlling all finances relating to contracts. Your duties will include preparation and agreement of monthly valuations and final accounts, negotiation of terms and conditions, monthly cost reporting, placing of sub-contracts. Ideally, you should be from a contracting background with experience in a sub-contract environment.

The ideal candidate is someone with a couple of years post graduation experience preferably having done the part time degree course. Or someone with 3 4 years experience having done the Sandwich course.
