My client requires Quantity Surveyors of varying levels to undertake projects within the education sector.
All those with experience within this sector will be considered, but those with PFI experience are preferred.
You will be required to have a PQS or consulting Q/S background, with a minimum of 5 years experience all they way up to the executive levels. Contract staff are welcome to apply but permanent candidates will have priority.
The candidate must be focused, dedicated, career minded and have shown stability in their career, those with a tendency to move often will not be considered.
Educational requirements are either a HND, HNC or a QS related degree. Chartered surveyors are preferred.
