We are looking for candidates with experience as lead engineers on major global EPC Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects. As a global process EPC provider, candidates will be expected to travel internationally in fulfilment of this role.

Position Description

As an integral member of project-based teams, the incumbents key responsibilities are as follows:
Supervision of resources to enable the purchase of fit for purpose mechanical equipment that fulfils contract specific requirements, design codes, standards and legislation applicable to projects, programs and are within budgets
Preparation of technical specifications for static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, silos etc)
Analysis of vendor quotations for technical compliance
Design liaison with vendors and clients to ensure all details are integrated into the plant design, piping, electrical and instrumentation deliverables
Supervision of a team of mechanical engineers

Job Holder Requirements

Qualifications Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent
Corporate member of relevant institution

Experience Relevant experience including experience as a Senior Engineer
Site experience
