Purpose: Responsible for project planning and scheduling functions, with responsibility for planning controls & project reporting in compliance with company standards and integrated plans
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: Prepares, presents and controls project schedules and plans, progress S-curves for the project, by integrating departments requirements and contractors detailed schedules Compiles schedule risk analysis models and manages risks to mitigate their impact effectively Supports on control quality and schedule plans to achieve successful completion of projects within schedule parameters Update schedules and plans forecast dates and physical progress, consulting disciplines manager and team members involved in the process Supports on preparation of the project reports (Weekly, Monthly, etc) Presents monthly planning & scheduling status reports Ensures that Contractors planning and resources are appropriate for the requirements Ensures full compliance with client corporate integrated plans and objectives Ensures that all planning activities are aligned with company standards and requirements Liaises with Value & Dev. Planning Coordinator to align planning and detailed schedule
