This position will be based in Paris or Singapore after a short stint in London.

Purpose:

To provide a comprehensive Project Planning service to the clients Site Project Services Coordinator in monitoring and controlling the performance of the EPFC Contractor for the Project

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

The accountabilities and responsibilities of the job holder are to:
Ensure that planning performed by the Contractor completes the full contract scope of work within the time frames specified by client
Interface with client Planning Group
Provide detailed and summary plans, as required, clearly indicating all logical links, interfaces with other areas of the project and identifying the critical path
Provide weekly and monthly report providing details of the progress achieved, identifying any delays and recommendations for corrective actions as necessary
Ensure that plans and planning documentation are compliant with client Planning methodologies and procedures
Ensure adequate QA/QC is carried out on all plans
