Our client is an engineering, consultancy and project management specialist for UK and Global customers (manufacturers) in the Food and Pharmaceutical sectors. They provide complete project solutions and services from engineering design and development (new build / extension) projects through to on site installation and refurbishment projects. They can provide each customer will full project control and execution through the whole project life-cycle from design stage through to operational management. Due to the successful bids of contract throughout the UK they are presently in need of engineering support.

They are looking for a Planning Engineer for a Secondary Pharmaceuticals Project.
In particular they are interested in someone who can demonstrate a successful track record in multi-phased projects within an existing manufacturing operation and the special requirements to take areas / rooms out of operation, refurbish or modify and then re-validate ready to go back into operation.
The project is UK based and is a full time roll embedded within the Clients team, supported by additional the company's engineering resources on an as required basis.
The assignment will commence around mid July and be a 12 month placement.
Previous experience of project planning for a contractor on a pharmaceutical project will be required. Skilled in preparing project plans, schedules, costing and budgeting is required and should be competent with planning packages (MS Project / P3 / P3e).
