Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Greater Manchester Salary dependant on experience c. 28-35,000
I am currently recruiting for a Quantity surveyor to work for a leading Partnership practice based just outside city centre Manchester.
The Partnership has wide-ranging experience of all project types with particular experience in housing, education, local authority and healthcare projects. This is complemented with experience on commercial, industrial, leisure and retail schemes.

The position itself is focused on work in the Public Sector; which entails work within schools, universities, social housing, healthcare and other specialist areas. The position is to join a growing team of over 20 surveyors, who are internally designated to smaller teams consisting of a Partner, Associate and no more than 2 surveyors.
This kind of small team sets this business apart; they have a heavy focus on developing the younger members of the team and a reputation for a fantastic staff retention rate. This position is to work under the leading partner for the business that is also is an APC doctorate and will mentor this candidate personally through their APC training program.
