Our client is currently looking to recruit a Network Manager to join their wastewater team based in West London.

The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate operational resources within a defined area and to ensure effective delivery of waste network activities to prevent spillages and pollutions from the network and to meet customer needs.
This is a challenging opportunity to contribute to improving customer satisfaction of our ever more demanding customers, whilst delivering our regulatory targets.
The role is unique in providing the individual a large breadth of experiences, such as contractor management, an understanding of regulatory targets, customer service, financial management, enhancement/development of people skills and stakeholder liaison.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for the performance of the team against regulatory (DG7, Sewer Flooding, Pollutions) and KPI targets
Management of a team of office and field based staff,
Work with the team to develop and implement operational efficiency initiatives
Build and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders
Liaison with regulatory bodies and other key stakeholders
Identify and manage local network enhancement opportunities
Assist with the implementation and development of initiatives, strategies and procedures in accordance with Company Policy.

Applicants should have previous experience within an operations environment, and experience of customer/ contractor management / people management would be ideal. Previous experience in a water related field where the outputs of the role contributed to improvements in the services delivered to customers, stakeholders or regulatory bodies is preferable.
