Bachelors degree from a four year college or University / or equivalent experience. 3 to 10 years of related cost experience. Experience working in an union environment. Experience working in heavy industry, power or chemical type environments. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills. Good computer skills (Excel, Word). High Level of understanding of productivity analysis, forecasting and reporting.

Willingness to travel to various job sites (durations and locations vary)
