Contracts Manager required to manage to maintenance contracts at a major airport. You will be supervising 6 Technicians on mechanical and electrical building services. A backgroung in industrial facilities maintenance with chillers and boilers is preferred and you must have a good technical understanding of building services systems. These are 2 large contracts covering a freight centre and more traditional heating and ventilation works, boilers air handling units etc.
