I have been instructed to recruit for a Project Surveyor to join a successful and dynamic construction company who offer deliver high quality, innovative build and design solutions to a range of projects throughout the Region.

I am recruiting for an experienced surveyor who has the drive and experience to handle large projects and someone who has the ability to play the lead role in the construction without needing much support from above but having the full backing of the existing team.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director this position is a very senior appointment to the Commercial team and will be expected to be able to act as Managing Surveyor on a number of projects at one time. This person must have the skills to fit into a team quickly and be able to gain the respect of the other 20 people in the Commercial Team. The business is growing quickly and the potential to develop is fantastic, whilst working for a business with an excellent staff retention rate.

This person will have to come on board to handle projects immediately because of the ever-increasing workload from such a successful business. One current project for which this person will have to oversee is:

70 million Project based in Crewe and Sandbach which is split new build and redevelopment of 3 large hospital and Healthcare sites creating new builds in this technically exciting project.

Other developments include: c.80m Hospital development in Liverpool, 6m Apartment build and Church refurb, 15m 151 residential Units Mancheter.

I am looking for someone that can demonstrate the ability to handle exciting projects like these and who has exposure to multi-storey builds, car parks, infrastructure and working with modern structures and materials.
