Managing Estimator is required by one the largest building contractors in the UK. They currently have an opportunity for a Managing Estimator to join their established office in Warwickshire to undertake a wide variety of tendered and negotiated contracts.

Predominantly their work is Design & Build in nature and projects are valued at between 10 Million and 40 Million. They require an experienced Estimator in this sector who can manage a team of Estimators to produce competitive pricing for new build contracts in the public sector as well as commercial and industrial projects for private clients and developers.

The group has an annual turnover of over 2 Billion and covers a variety of sectors in construction and the built environment. They are listed on the London Stock Exchange and have a network of office across the UK divided amongst their seven core businesses. As of the end of 2007/8 their forward order book stands at close to 4 Billion.
