I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a team of 12 surveyors working for one of the North West's leading construction companies.
Based only ten minutes from the Centre of Manchester the business has been an established player in North West construction market over the past 30 years.

This role is an exceptional opportunity for an established QS to make the step up from Assistant to full QS or for QS who feels they need more exposure than in their current role.

This role will have a main focus within a new 25 million refurbishment and development programme in Greater Manchester. This project is an exciting coup for the business and whilst the Senior QS's will take the lead on the larger more complex areas of the project, this person will get the exposure of dealing with many of the smaller and day to day projects as well as getting the exposure of dealing with the larger new build projects.

This role requires a candidate who has a good 4-5 year grounding although this will depend on the exposure they have gained to date. This person must be happy to manage smaller jobs and have experience of demonstrating that. Experience of supporting a team in Multi-million pound projects would also be an advantage.
