Provides managment of the Chemical Management process for this Operator. Define and communicate the philospophy, strategy and tactics required to ensure effective implementation of the Chemical Management System. Provide functional guidance and influence to other functions in the operating unit who contribute to the usage, management and subsequent optimisation of chemicals. Establish a scorecard (KPIs, etc.) reporting system and perform effectiveness and complaince audits on the Chemical Management System.
