Ensure that HR policies incorporate flow charts, checklists and FAQ, Ensure that policy and procedural information is separate i.e. separate HR specific documentation from user documentation, Link HR policies to the clients Valued Behaviours, Develop consistent, role specific policy implementation that increases line manager capability and confidence and clarifies staff responsibilities, Ensure that there is one repository for policy information, Develop a logical HR policy classification system. Required to have experience in stakeholder management, writing policy documents and a broad knowledge of HR activities, working within a project environment and working to tight project based deadlines, knowledge of employment law, experience of HR development in government and an understanding of the complexity of HR within the public sector. Security clearance to CTC level or above must be confirmed prior to start date.
