An excellent opportunity has become available with a top Northampton based client. The successful candidate will work on a variety of customer sites providing 2nd line desktop support. This will include break fix support, so good PC and peripheral repair/ build experience would be highly desirable. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer satisfaction is met in a timely and professional manner.

Server, PC and Network support experience is essential for this role, as well as peripheral and fault diagnosis. Some Cisco skills would also be advantageous for the position.

Customer service is also a key factor to this role so a support background would also be ideal. An MCP or MCSE or equivalent would also be highly beneficial for this role but not essential.
