West Midlands based building and maintenance contractor has a vacancy for a Estimator. Being based in the West Midlands, much of their work is in the surrounding area such as Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Leicestershire. As Estimator you will be office based producing tenders and negotiating Traditional and Design & Build projects. Their building division typically undertakes Design & Build projects valued at up to 5 Million for commercial and local authority clients.

As Estimator you should have several years experience in a similar capacity successfully procuring projects of a similar size and nature. Suitable applicants should be qualified to HNC standard and have extensive experience of the commercial D&B market in the UK.

The company turnover approximately 30 Million per annum and have been established for over 20 years. Much of their workload is repeat business and they have a healthy order book for 2008 and beyond.
